"Outstanding Support and Service"
This app is fantastic – the support team is just a click away with their awesome online chat feature. Steve was a real lifesaver, guiding me through a couple of issues I had, both service-related and technical. They got back to me in under 10 seconds, and everything was sorted out in roughly 20 minutes (mostly 'cause I was a bit confused!).

I can't recommend them enough. Big thanks to Steve and Coinpass for providing such a useful tool and top-notch service.

"To start with..."
To start with, you gotta send some official ID, which seems fair for security reasons. What I don’t understand is that moving cash from your bank to your Coinpass wallet is a breeze—no problems there. But when you try to transfer funds back, suddenly they want more proof, like a household bill. After already providing ID, setting up passwords, and accepting funds, I just don’t see why they need that bill. I don’t recall seeing that requirement when I signed up and sent money to my wallet, so just a heads up—make sure to read the fine print.

"User-Friendly Platform"
This platform is pretty straightforward to navigate. However, it can get a bit sluggish at times. There’s a cap on the number of coins you can buy and sell through Coinpass, but they’re adding more regularly.

For first-time investors in the UK, Coinpass is a solid choice, though it could use a few adjustments. The selection of coins is somewhat limited, but it’s a work in progress. I’d give it a star rating of 3.75.

"Bugs Galore"
Signing up was a nightmare, took forever. There’s a mistake in the app’s fields. The app is super glitchy. When I tried to sell BTC, it wanted the Stellar amount instead. Now I can’t withdraw my cash; it says my account is invalid. I really can’t figure out how these folks got registered as a crypto asset in the UK.

It took more than an hour for my deposit to show up on Coinpass. Everything else was alright; I purchased XRP. I could've snagged 4 additional XRP on Binance, but the banks have put Binance on their blacklist since they can't handle the competition in a fair way. So, they team up and pull their sneaky moves. Coinpass is decent.

"Pluses and Minuses"
Drawbacks:
- Lacks Graphs
- No auto Buy/Sell feature
- Fewer coin options
- Missing Google 2-step Verification
- No real-time market stats

Benefits:
- Easy-to-use Layout
- Clear visibility of purchases
- Quick deposits

All in all, things are looking decent so far, and I’m hoping they expand and build up some more trust.

"Issues with Transaction Processing..."
Transactions aren't happening in real-time. By the time my order went through, which took about 20 minutes, the price had already dropped, and the same item was being sold for less. I'm down £17, but they still charge the same fee. Best to steer clear and look for a broker that operates in real-time.

"Awesome support, but some caveats..."
Awesome support, which is hard to find in the crypto scene! It's a shame they only provide GBP pairs, but the money transfer is straightforward. Promotions were honored as expected. Just a heads up, the exchange fees are pretty steep, so it might be a decent entry and exit point.

Not entirely sure if FCA has given the thumbs up - I reckon it's temporary, which really matters for a secure investment.

All in all, they did a solid job!

Being a newbie trader, I faced some trouble figuring out how to deposit and move my existing cryptocurrency from a different platform. I reached out to customer support, and they got back to me in just a few hours. They laid everything out in a way that made sense, and now I'm all set. "Challenging to transfer numerous coins..."
It's tough to shift a lot of the coins you’ve got listed to or from different wallets since users can’t easily get to the wallet addresses for their coins on this platform.

And just a heads up about that onboarding bonus: if you try sending, let’s say, less than £100 as a test, you’ll end up losing that bonus.

"Absolutely no issues whatsoever"
I'm still getting the hang of this crypto stuff, so it's still early days for me, but honestly, I have no issues whatsoever. The setup was a breeze, and the app is pretty user-friendly. You can even add Coinpass as a payee in your UK banking app for fast and simple deposits, which is awesome given how tricky it can be to buy crypto in the UK with some other platforms. Really pleased with it so far.

"Fast Response from Customer Support"
The support team gets back to you real quick. I ran into a few tech hiccups with some wallet addresses, but they sorted it out in less than a day. I'm glad to suggest this platform; my only complaint is the small selection of cryptocurrencies to buy, but I reckon they'll add more options down the line.

The standout feature of coinpass is definitely their customer service. It's really top-notch. I noticed my funds weren't appearing in my account, so I reached out to the help desk. Just ten minutes later, they got back to me and had everything sorted out. You just don’t find that kind of service everywhere!

I've done my fair share of buying and selling, and I gotta say, the service has really impressed me.
